I woke this morning to the news that the groundhog saw his shadow, which means six more weeks of winter. But in Ohio, that really means twelve more weeks of winter. Damn you Punxsatawney Phil. Damn you.
So I found your blog through the Crafty Crow a few weeks ago, and I loved the party hats. And then I loved the thrift store dress remakes. Today I thought I'd look at your blog again and I read your pineapple post and your 101 facts. I also live in Columbus, am Mormon, and have two kids. So I've been wondering about the community college and thought I'd ask you if you like it. What program are you doing, since I see you already have your Bachelors degree. I also have one from BYU in something almost as useless: sociology. I'd love to get more into graphic design and digital photography. I tinker around with Elements, but nothing extraordinary. And what's more I see that you know Margo. So I've seen your photography in their home and love it! We are close family friends with the Smiths. That was exciting to me to randomly find your blog and then discover the link. At any rate, I'd love to know more about the classes you've been taking and if you think they are worth the price/energy/time away from kids, etc. If you've the time, you can either email me stillthesame@gmail.com or let me know on my blog readsofcolumbus.blogspot.com Thanks Laura
MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY KIM!
ReplyDeleteAhh Kim- you are freaking hilarious. Wow- that was funny and sorry about the winter.
ReplyDeleteThanks Kim, I needed a good laugh!
