It's official. Today is the first day of autumn. I must admit I'm a little sad to see summer go but also excited for a little more crispness in the air and color in the trees. How about you?
i love fall! football almost every day. leaves dancing in the street behind cars. different produce. cooler days. football--did i already say that? thanksgiving. sweaters. so many reasons to love fall. i'm a cooler-weather-lover so i'm happy to see summer go. i do miss the colourful trees and bushels of apples. california doesn't have the apples like ohio and w/va.
love the picture too. beautiful. it would look quite nice in my new kitchen. :-)
I here the colors are going to be awesome around here the 3rd or 4th week of Oct. The weather has been ideal...hot days cool nights with just a little rain... great for color in the leaves. You're going to have a heyday! Love you sweetheart - WJR
